To all Agents and Attorneys: Our proprietary, web-based worker processing system can help you facilitate the movement of H-2 workers for your clients. And to make the entire procedure even more rewarding for you and your customers, you can join LLS as a Preferred-Partner Agent. Read below to learn more.
LLS International provides a way for agents and attorneys to enter orders on a live system. Each event that takes place in Mexico is recorded as it happens - no more waiting for days to find out whether a worker has been contacted or for consulate results. In addition, the system allows for direct contact between the employer and the processor in Mexico, if the Agent/Attorney agrees. This ensures workers are contacted and phone numbers are provided. It also allows for new names to be provided if necessary.
Preferred-Partner Agent (PPA) Program
The Preferred Partner program is an opportunity for qualified Agents to gather and process quality leads.
LLS aggressively markets to companies eligible for the H-2A and H-2B programs. We advertise our services to prospective employers in the United States and collect an application from the interested employer. We then send the application to our Preferred Partners who bid for this business. The employer then selects the company they feel best meets their standards, whether it be price or service related. The Preferred-Partner must use LLS software and services to be eligible for this offer.
How to become a Preferred Partner Agent:
- The agent/attorney must be in good standing with the Department of Labor, the USCIS, United States Consulate and the State Department.
- The agent or attorney must have been in business for a minimum of four (4) years and must be able to pass a background check.

LLS immediately gave us access to their database when two of my top men - two brothers - were suddenly called home because of their mother's illness. We were able to find two replacements with the right qualifications. They were here and working in just a few days."
I had arranged for
50 workers to come and help
with our lumber operations.
The day before they were
supposed to arrive we
found out their agent had
been shut down by the
government because of his
inability to process the
paperwork properly.
I was beside myself.
But my partner was cool.
He knew about LLS.”
With LLS we were able to
keep tabs on all the workers
we were bringing in
and get them through the
consulate procedures as
quickly as possible. It was
much easier than what we
had to go through last year.”
The last thing I needed
was a busload of workers
showing up in the middle
of the night unannounced.
LLS’s system kept us
informed throughout.
Yes, the workers arrived late,
but we knew in advance
that would be the case,
so it was no problem at all.”
